Your choices, clearly handled
Privacy policy.
Catwalker works without an account. This policy explains the information used when you browse, save a piece or contact us.
Effective 20 September 2026Who we are
Catwalker.com is a fashion discovery publisher. We provide product information and links to retailers; we do not sell the products or handle retailer payments. For privacy enquiries, contact Catwalker or email admin@catwalker.com.
Saved pieces and browser storage
Saved pieces and their selected retailer sizes are stored in your browser so you can return to them on that device. When you open Saved pieces, Catwalker checks their product identifiers against the current catalogue. Saves remain until you remove them or clear site data. We remember your analytics choice for up to 180 days. See our cookie policy for details and controls.
Messages you send us
When you contact us, we process your name, email address, organisation if supplied, selected topic and message. We use these to reply, investigate an issue or manage a partnership. Our email service providers process messages for delivery and mailbox storage. Messages are not used to subscribe you to marketing. Please avoid sending passwords, payment information or other sensitive details.
Technical records and product photos
Our hosting and security systems process request information, such as your IP address, browser, requested URL and time, to deliver pages, prevent abuse and diagnose failures. Some product photographs load directly from retailer image servers, which receive the information needed to deliver those images. Optional Google Analytics loads only after you accept analytics.
Optional analytics
With your consent, Google Analytics measures visits, page views and interactions so we can improve our pages and Web Stories. It processes browser and device information, referring pages, visited URLs and cookie identifiers; enabled measurement can also record searches, scrolling and outbound links. Google processes this information as our analytics provider. We do not send contact-message content or use this tag to grant advertising consent. You can decline analytics or withdraw through Cookie settings. Read our cookie policy and Google’s privacy policy.
Why we process information
We use the information needed to provide the functions you request, answer enquiries and operate and protect the site. Where applicable, we rely on our legitimate interests in those activities, steps requested before entering a business relationship, or legal obligations. We limit access to the people and service providers who need it for those purposes.
Retention and service providers
Contact conversations and technical records are retained for as long as reasonably needed to answer an enquiry, manage the relationship, protect the service or meet legal obligations. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their processing is subject to the arrangements and safeguards applicable to the service. Browser-local saves can be removed through Saved pieces or your browser’s site-data controls.
Retailer and affiliate links
When you leave Catwalker for a retailer, the retailer and any affiliate network apply their own privacy and cookie policies. Links may contain parameters that attribute a visit or purchase. The retailer handles any personal and payment information you provide to complete an order.
Your choices and rights
You can remove saved pieces, clear browser site data or choose not to contact us. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection concerning personal information we hold. Send requests through Contact us. We may need to verify a request and retain information where the law requires it. You may also raise a concern with your local data protection authority.
Earlier versions and policy changes
An earlier Catwalker preview may have left style preferences or analytics cookies in your browser. Those do not count as permission for the new analytics choice; you can remove them in your browser settings. We update this page and its effective date when our current practices change.
