Open a piece, choose a listed size where available, then follow its retailer link. Catwalker is a fashion discovery publisher, so there is no Catwalker checkout. The retailer handles payment, delivery, returns and refunds.
Which size should I choose?
Sizes are shown as the retailer lists them, without converting between size systems. Check the retailer’s size guide and select your size again there if needed. A link may open the product without preselecting a size. Different sizes can have different prices or availability.
Why did the price change?
Our listed prices come from retailer information and can change before you visit. Check the currency beside the price. Delivery charges, taxes and duties may affect your final total; confirm these at the retailer before buying.
How do saved pieces work?
Select “Save this piece” on a product page. Your selection stays in the browser and device you used, without an account. Visit Saved pieces to return to it or remove it. Clearing browser site data removes your saves. If a saved size is no longer offered, we ask you to choose a current size.
Can you help with an order or return?
Contact the retailer you purchased from using your order confirmation. Catwalker cannot access or change retailer orders. If a Catwalker listing or link is wrong, send us its page link so we can investigate.
